Experience the laid-back Aloha spirit at our boutique vacation rental property in Kihei. This NINE villa estate, offers a heated swimming pool, and an events pavilion for group dining. Choose from eight one-bedroom villas, one two-bedroom villas and upon request a possibility of three additional three-bedroom villas can be requestsed. Located across from Cove Beach Park, a renowned surf spot, our newly remodeled estate combines Hawaiian charm with modern amenities. Each villa provides 600 to 800 square feet of living space, ocean or garden views, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable king bed, a living room with a pullout couch and a 55" flat screen TV, split A/C system, high-speed WiFi, a spacious walk-in shower, a covered lanai, and private gated parking. Our one-bedroom villas accommodate up to 3 adults, with the option to reconfigure the king bed into 2 twin beds upon request. The full-size sofa bed comfortably sleeps 1 adult or 2 small children. The two-bedroom villa sleeps up to 4 adults, featuring 1 king bed and 1 queen bed, which can also be reconfigured into twin beds. Each villa includes a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances and everything you need for cooking. Enjoy the convenience of dining areas seating up to 4 guests. We provide travel essentials such as beach towels, an iron and ironing board, dishwasher soap capsules, and a clothes drying rack. Basic amenities like bath towels, linens, kitchen rags, shampoo, soap, dish soap, salt, pepper, olive oil, aluminum foil, and coffee filters are also provided. Our property features two communal gas BBQ grills, a complimentary washer and dryer, and beach amenities including oversized towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler. Unwind in privacy on our gated estate surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and mango and palm trees. For special events or group gatherings, our outdoor communal area offers a grassy lawn shaded under a mango tree. Complimentary event tables and chairs are available in our events pavilion. Enjoy the assistance of our Private Concierge service, arranging private chefs, restaurant reservations, and various group activities such as luau's, snorkel boat tours, whale watching tours, helicopter rides, zipline tours, and bike rides down Haleakala Crater. Conveniently situated on a small oceanfront side street, this magnificent estate is within walking distance of restaurants, food trucks, shops, nightlife, cafes, farmer's markets, and supermarkets. Cove Beach Park and a secret beach are just steps away, while Charley Young Beach, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, surfing, snorkeling, diving, stand-up paddleboarding, and kayaking, is a short walk from each villa. Our guests enjoy sun-filled days at the nearby beach, relax on private lanais under mango trees, and partake in activities like tennis, beach volleyball, and picnics at Kalama Park. Families with children can explore the park's playground, skate park, roller skating rink, tennis courts, basketball courts, batting cages, and running paths.
