Cookie Policy | Emerald Kite

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Similar technologies, including local storage and tracking pixels, can remember information or help services understand how a website is used. First-party cookies are set for Emerald Kite; third-party cookies are controlled by another service.

Your choices

Essential and requested-feature cookies are used only when needed to operate, secure or provide a feature you request. Optional analytics and advertising technologies remain blocked until you make a choice.

Third-party services

Availability and exact cookie names can change when providers update their services. Optional providers are loaded only for the categories you allow. Security or user-requested content may load when necessary to provide that feature.

Service	Purpose and possible cookies	Category	Duration
Cloudflare	Website security, bot detection and reliable delivery; may use cookies such as `__cf_bm` or `cf_clearance`.	Essential security	Provider-controlled; usually short-lived
Google reCAPTCHA	Protects contact and call-back forms from automated abuse; Google may use security cookies such as `_GRECAPTCHA`.	Essential security	Provider-controlled

Google Tag Manager may be used to deliver approved tags, but it remains blocked with the relevant optional category. See the providers' own privacy notices for their current processing and retention terms.

Manage or withdraw consent

Select at any time. Rejecting an optional category prevents future loading and removes known first-party measurement cookies where the browser permits it. Cookies already controlled by another domain may need to be removed using your browser settings.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, Emerald Kite keeps advertising storage disabled. Blocking all browser cookies may prevent Saved Rentals and remembered search choices from working.

Changes and questions

We may update this policy when our website or service providers change. A material change to optional-cookie use will cause the consent banner to ask for your choices again.
