Which resort?
Park City, Deer Valley and Canyons Resort together hold most of what we represent in Utah, and give you a full resort town alongside the skiing. Alta, Snowbird, Brighton and Sundance are smaller, quieter and further up the canyons.
Ski-in ski-out, or walk to the lift?
Luxury ski-in ski-out homes here come with pools, hot tubs and views. A walk-to-lift condo with a shared pool and hot tub costs considerably less and puts you a short walk from the same mountain. Both are well represented.
Book early for the holiday weeks
Christmas, New Year and the school ski weeks are the tightest dates of the season, and the strongest homes are committed early. Outside those windows there is usually more room to move.
What the tier badges mean
Platinum, Gold, Silver and Value rank a property on its interior furnishings only, not on price or location. A Platinum or Gold home can cost less than a Silver one with a better view, and we move a ranking up or down as a home is upgraded or left to age.

Park City, Deer Valley and Canyons Resort between them hold most of the homes we represent, and they come with a proper resort town attached, so they are the place to start if you want a genuine choice of properties. Alta, Snowbird, Brighton and Sundance are smaller, quieter and further up the canyons behind Salt Lake City.
How far is it from the airport?
All of these destinations sit within roughly an hour of Salt Lake City, which is short by ski-resort standards and one of the practical reasons people choose Utah over a longer transfer elsewhere.
Are Emerald Kite Utah rentals professionally managed?
Yes. Every home on this page is privately owned but represented by an established local property-management company that handles cleaning, maintenance and guest support during your stay. Before a property joins our portfolio it is vetted on location, quality of the accommodation, access to amenities and the reputation and responsiveness of the management company, and it is removed if it stops meeting that standard.
How far ahead should we book?
Book early for the holiday weeks. Christmas, New Year and the school ski breaks are the tightest dates of the year and the best homes are committed well in advance. Outside those windows there is usually more availability.
Can I bring a dog to a Utah rental?
Some homes accept pets and some do not, and it varies by property rather than by resort. Use the pet-friendly filter above to see the homes that currently allow them, then confirm the type and size limits with your agent at the start of the selection process rather than after booking.
What does a Utah ski rental cost?
It depends on the resort, the week of the season and how close to the lift you are. Where an owner has published a starting rate you will see it on the listing; where they have not, rates are quoted on request, because they change constantly with season and length of stay and we would rather price your exact dates than show you a number that has moved.
