About this home
Positano Italy rental with pool. This apartment is part of a romantic historical villa set into a cliff that drops steeply down to the sea. It features a swimming pool filled with sea water, and private access to the sea.
This large villa, about 3 km (2 miles) from Amalfi, is divided into three apartments. Each of them has a splendid balcony, framed by arches and supported by small ancient marble columns. From the balconies you will enjoy an incomparable view of the sea, and the stunning profile of the Amalfi Coast.
The apartment is about 100 square meters large (1075 square feet), occupies the lower floor of the villa. At the entrance there is a porch with tables and chairs, and an area of the garden equipped for outdoor relaxation. A short path through the garden leads to the swimming pool and solarium, and to the point of access to the sea below. The apartment, which is furnished throughout with authentic antique furniture, paintings and lamps, has three bedrooms, each of them with a double bed. The bedrooms are decorated with romantic antique beds made of lacquered iron. The apartment also offers a spacious living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The living room is connected to a loggia perched directly above the sea, where the spectacular view is framed by marble columns.

Before you book
What does this property cost?
The owner has not published a starting rate for this home, so rates are quoted on request. They change with season and length of stay, and your agent will price your exact dates rather than show you a number that has moved.
Can I book this home online?
No, and that is deliberate. Emerald Kite books by phone so that a specialist who knows Amalfi can confirm what is genuinely available on your dates and check the home suits your group before anything is committed.
Who looks after the property during our stay?
An established local management company. It is responsible for cleaning, maintenance and guest support while you are there, and your Emerald Kite agent stays reachable for the duration of the stay.
Can we bring a pet?
No - this property is filed as not accepting pets. Use the pet-friendly filter on the Amalfi page to see homes that do.
When can we check in?
Check-in and checkout times vary by property. Your Villa Specialist will confirm both times, along with the arrival instructions, for this home before your stay.
