Presenting this stylish vacation condominium that enjoys top of the line decor, furnishings and resort amenities. The spacious, light-filled fully equipped kitchen enjoys stainless steel appliances, a double oven, and polished granite countertops. The larger than typical island has bar seating and a elegant dining dining table close by. The stylish yet coastal comfortable living space is furnished with overstuffed sofas and a large flat-screen television but best of all a 16-foot glass doors that open up completely the outdoor spaces for a true tropical oasis experience. The screened-in lanai features comfortable seating and another dining area. .The three spacious bedrooms offer plenty of flexible sleeping space for the whole family. This property is also equipped with full sod washer / dryer, high speed WiFi and beach cart / chairs for use during your stay.
Resort Amenities for short term stays (less than one month) include covered parking, free Wi-Fi, private resort-style heated pool and cabana area, children's tot lot area, a splash zone, and BBQ grilling area with picnic tables. A deep water marina with wet and dry storage is now open to enjoy a restful stroll and a beautiful place to watch the sunsets.
