The fully gated community is equipped with security guards. Upon entering the condo, you will find a bright and airy atmosphere. There is a screened-in outdoor space by the front door, that has an outdoor dining table that can accommodate up to six or more five comfortably. The living room is spacious, with two plush leather couches and a set of sliding glass doors leading out to the patio. Adjacent is the kitchen, which has barstool setting for 3, and all stainless-steel appliances. The first dining table has gorgeous views of the lake and can accommodate up to four six or more comfortably. The patio boasts expansive views of the lake, and has outdoor seating for two. The second dining table can accommodate up to six or more. The master suite awaits! This room has a king-size bed and is the perfect space to unwind after a long day of adventures. The attached master bath boasts a dual vanity and has a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and has plenty of space for your personal belongings. The second bathroom has an updated vanity with a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has two twin-size beds, with plenty of dresser space.
