This charming duplex rental offers a 2 bedroom 2 bath duplex with a private heated pool & spa. This property is centrally located on Holmes Beach and only a few minutes' walk to the white sandy beaches. Adjacent to the lovely living room is a dining area and full y equipped kitchen.with upgraded stainless appliances ,and all you will need for cooking and entertaining during your stay.
There is a beautifully appointed guest bedroom/bath and a master bedroom which features a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and master en-suite bathroom. A special feature of the home is the private back yard offering your own tropical oasis complete with a covered outdoor seating area, high-top bar, dining table, and a flat-screen TV. However, we have saved the best for last… Private heated pool & spa complete with built-in cocktail table and sun-shelf. This property also offers a full-size washer & dryer, beach cart/chairs, bicycles, and Wifi throughout.
