This absolutely stunning Anna Maria Island will ensure your vacationing comfort. A stunning 2 bedroom townhome right across from the turquoise water of the Gulf of Mexico. As well as being steps away from the beach bare in mind when you reserve your accommodations with Emerald Kite our professional team will jump in and provide assistance and concierge services to ensure your vacation is seamless with memories that will last a lifetime. We are not a typical rental company we strive to ensure that when you arrive your vacation will begin. Should you need to know where to dine, shop, or visit we are here to service your needs.
This lovely residence is a stroll away from magnificent local restaurants and attractions. With space for 6 people and 3 Gulf view balconies should seal the deal!
In the open living and dining area, recently added bleached wood floors chic new furnishings, and sofas (1 sleeper sofa) create an elegant yet comfortable residence. The large flat-screen television is equipped to stream your favorite TV show or a great movie. Sliding glass doors frame the Gulf views and allow access to the large, private deck with an outdoor dining table.
The modern kitchen features clean white cabinets and countertops illuminated by plenty of bright, recessed lighting. Stainless steel appliances include a spacious refrigerator, dishwasher, electric oven and range, and microwave. The nearby dining table has seating for six. A glass railing adds a modern custom touch. On the second floor, the master suite has a plush, king-size bed and sliding glass doors lead outside to the top-floor deck with ocean views. In the ensuite bathroom, Carrera marble surrounds the step-in shower.
The second bedroom is a versatile bunk room, with a twin-over-queen-size bunk bed. This room also has tons of built-in storage and a large flat-screen television. Glass doors allow access to a small, sun-kissed balcony. The Carrera marble continues in this bathroom as well— with a glass-enclosed shower and marble vanity. A stackable washer and dryer are accessible from the hallway.
