There are three bedrooms and two baths in an open concept with an equipped kitchen and dining area. Relax by the shared pool, enjoy the hot tub, or play tennis. Shops, restaurants, and the library are all within walking distance. This property also has a dock so you can bring your boat and enjoy the local fishing off Anna Maria Island. The complex is tucked away on the Bay side of the Island but still close enough to take a stroll to the beach, walk to shops and the library or take the free trolley anywhere on the Island. Enjoy the outdoors by the large, shared pool area. Relax by the pool in one of many provided sun loungers and work on your tan. If you like to get active, pick up your tennis racquet for a friendly game on the courts. Rent a boat for the day or longer and use the provided dock. Catching dinner made easy! This property includes access to a dock that is shared between the other units on site. If you are interested in fishing off the dock during your visit, a saltwater fishing license would be required if you are over 16 or under 65. To obtain a Fishing License, you may go to local bait and tackle shops, some marinas, or any tax collector office (3340 East Bay Dr Holmes Beach, FL 34217). There is one parking space assigned to the unit along with extra guest parking spots. This Condo Association does not permit motorcycles, trailers, large trucks, or RV parking.
