About this home
This one bedroom/ one bathroom duplex is located on the beautiful north end of Anna Maria. Situated on a quiet and residential street, the location is perfect for enjoying all that Anna Maria has to offer. A quick 5 minute walk will get you to the gorgeous white sand beaches, Ginny's and Jane E's Café, The Sandbar Restaurant, and many other amazing shops and restaurants.
The free island trolley is also less than a 5 minute walk away, which will take you from the City Pier to Coquina Beach, or anywhere in between! This one bedroom duplex is connected to a to a 3 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom unit. There is a pool and hot tub along with tropical landscaping in the backyard, which is shared between the 2 units and easily accessed by either one. This unit has had extensive interior updates including granite countertops in the kitchen, flat screen TV in the living room, and new beach-themed décor throughout. There is a flat screen TV in the living room with HD cable and DVD player, as well as wireless internet, unlimited nationwide calling, central AC, private propane grill, beach chairs and beach towels.
There is a king bed with sliding glass door opening to the pool area. The one bedroom unit sleeps 2 people or combine it with the other unit to create a 4 bed/2 bath that sleeps 8!
