Presenting this updated and remodeled second floor 1 BR/1 BA condo that has King bed in master bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa will allow this unit to sleep 4. TVs in both the master bedroom and the living room. Ceramic tile throughout the living area and carpet in bedrooms. Ceiling fans, Beach chairs are available for guests use. Washer/Dryer in unit
Amenities include one of the Largest heated pool on Anna Maria Island, private beach access, tennis court, shuffleboard, bocce ball, pickleball, fitness center, BBQ grills, kayak launch and fishing pier. Basic cable and WIFI internet access are included. 7 days minimum stay with monthly rates available.
