Welcome to this charming Key West-style pool home, offering 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, with a comfortable capacity for 8 guests. Located in the exclusive Harbor Hills Community in NW Bradenton, this property provides a delightful retreat. Boating enthusiasts will appreciate the ample parking space available for a 30ft boat and trailer on the left side of the house, and the convenient proximity to the 59th St boat ramp, which grants access to the Manatee River. Fishing enthusiasts will also enjoy the opportunity for bridge fishing just a half-mile away. In addition to its prime location, the home is only a short drive from local groceries, restaurants, and the white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island.
Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by the mature landscaping and well-maintained exterior of the property. The spacious driveway offers room for two vehicles and a boat or trailer. Inside, the tiled floors and tasteful furnishings create a welcoming atmosphere, allowing you to fully relax during your stay. The modern kitchen provides ample counter space for multiple chefs and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare gourmet meals. Cooking is a breeze with the all-new stainless-steel appliances. For dining options, the roomy dining area comfortably seats six, with additional seating available at the bar.
