This property is a Mediterranean style 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom pool home located just blocks away which is a short stroll from the gorgeous beach of Anna Maria Island!
This home has everything you need to feel like you are on vacation every day. Walking into this beautiful home you will immediately notice the inviting entryway with ceramic tile flooring. Spacious dining area and the kitchen is loaded with extras from granite counter tops to updated appliances and a snack bar for entertaining. The kitchen opens up to a large seating area that is made complete with a beautiful sectional and large flat screen for the whole family to watch a movie after a day at the beach. The sliding door off the first floor will lead you out to a private oasis with a patio made for barbecues. Keep your beverages cold on those hot Florida days with the outdoor refrigerator, located in the private bar area off the patio. This home also has an elevator for your convenience. Just steps off the patio there is a private heated pool for you and your guests to enjoy!
There is a spacious master suite with a king size bed and the master bathroom boasts granite counter tops, double sinks, and an over sized garden tub that is perfect for winding down at the end of the day. The guest bedroom has a Queen size bed and the bunk bedroom has a set of twin bunk beds and a twin bed are in the third bedroom. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a walk in shower. On the top floor is a full size laundry room with newer washer and dryer. The third bathroom is down by the pool area.
It is located less than 10 minutes away from the Waterline Marina and Beach Club, the Holmes Beach shopping area with great restaurants, bar and stores to purchase your holiday trinkets. Ample parking is available with the attached two car garage and off street parking close to the home.
