Centrally located on Holmes Beach, it's just a short stroll away from the pristine white sandy beaches.
Upon entering each unit, you're welcomed into a cozy living room, perfect for unwinding with a book or watching TV after a day in the sun. Adjacent to the living area, the dining space seamlessly flows into a full kitchen, thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials for whipping up a quick snack or a gourmet meal. From the living room, a screened balcony awaits, providing a serene spot for your morning coffee or evening cocktails. For added convenience, a door connects the two units, allowing for easy interaction between guests.
As you venture down the hall, you'll discover the guest bedroom and bathroom, followed by the inviting master bedroom.
