Enjoy unobstructed views from one of the three waterfront decks on each level of the home. No expense has been spared in the design, furnishing and decoration of this luxury beach home. Floor-to-ceiling glass sliders on the main living level of the home open onto the ample balcony overlooking the beautiful beach and bay. Enjoy the view from anywhere in the open living and dining room and even as you cook in the well-appointed kitchen surrounded by sparkling quartz countertops and stainless appliances. A brand new dining table seats 10 so bring the entire family for amazing meals and memories to last a lifetime. Four bedrooms are perfectly separated and private, each one offering spacious tropical balconies and private ensuite bathrooms. Every bedroom was designed with the ultimate comfort in mind. Choose from one of the three king master bedrooms featuring a Sleep Number bed, Purple Mattress or Posturepedic. The fourth bedroom features two twin Cloud mattresses and an attached bathroom with shower and tub combo. The beachfront heated pool and spa is set within a fabulous outdoor entertaining area. Relax around the poolside covered deck and game room, with foosball, Pacman arcade game, Xbox, and TV. If you do leave this stunning home you will want to stroll on the powdery sand up to Bean Point for the most remarkable sunsets you have ever seen. You may choose to dine under the stars at the Sandbar Restaurant or overlooking the Bay at the famous Waterfront Restaurant. Rent a bike and easily explore all the treasures of the island including the boutique shops on Pine Avenue and the Doughnut Experiment. Please keep in mind that if the elevator becomes inoperable for any reason, the stairs will be the only way to access the living area of the home. We may accept your dog please check at the time of booking. PET POLICY: 2 pets maximum unless granted an exception. Weight limit of 75 lbs total for 1 pet or 120 lbs for 2 pets.
