While every effort is made to maintain specified pool temperatures, weather conditions may impact the actual temperature. Additionally, outdoor spas are not hot tubs and require heat at an extra cost, typically set at the same temperature as the pool. In the event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, repairs will be expedited as quickly as possible. Please be aware that swimming pools may need to be temporarily closed for maintenance, and no refunds or rent adjustments will be made for such circumstances.
