When you check in should you need assistance with housekeeping, service, or just recommendations for dining options, our dedicated team is just a phone call away! Located on the desirable north end of the island, close to Bean Point. Relax on the front porch and enjoy the island breezes and stunning water views of Tampa Bay. The main living space, including the kitchen, dining, and living rooms, as well as the bedrooms, are on the second level, with an elevator for added convenience. Two of the three bedrooms feature king-sized beds and ensuite bathrooms. The third guest room includes two sets of twin-over-full bunk beds. Each bedroom has a TV and comes with crisp linens and plush towels from our professional linen service. Guests will stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi and enjoy all the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer. The tropically landscaped backyard features a sparkling pool and spa, complete with sunbed pool loungers. Guests can enjoy the covered poolside entertainment area with patio dining for six, a gas grill, lounge furniture, and a TV. The putting green and ping pong table add to the fun! This rental is within easy walking distance of the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the seven-mile island. Hop on and off at your leisure to explore shopping, dining, and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation! Please remember you are vacationing in a residential area.
