About this home
Embrace the laid-back island lifestyle in this beautifully restored Old Florida-style cottage, complete with a private heated saltwater pool, just one house from the beach. Nestled in the heart of Anna Maria Island, this charming getaway blends vintage character with modern comfort—and yes, your dog is welcome too!
Wake up and stroll just steps to the powdery quartz sand along the Gulf of Mexico. Start your day with a fresh pastry and coffee from Ginny and Jane E’s, or spend the afternoon exploring the boutiques on Pine Avenue and relaxing at Bayfront Park. Head north to Bean Point for breathtaking sunsets, then enjoy dinner and fishing at the famous Rod and Reel Pier.
Inside, the cottage features a bright and airy open floor plan, coastal-inspired decor, and designer furnishings. Central A/C keeps you cool after a day in the sun, while free WiFi and smart TVs with DVD players offer entertainment when you’re ready to unwind.
The screened-in lanai is perfect for reading, game nights, or cocktails in the evening breeze. Cook up your catch of the day in the fully equipped kitchen or fire up the charcoal grill for poolside dining. The home also includes a private washer and dryer to make longer stays a breeze.
Parking? No problem. There’s space for three vehicles in the covered carport, and you’re steps away from the free island trolley to explore all Anna Maria has to offer.
Whether you're making memories with family or reconnecting with friends, this cozy island retreat offers everything you need for the perfect beach vacation.

Before you book
What does this property cost?
The owner has not published a starting rate for this home, so rates are quoted on request. They change with season and length of stay, and your agent will price your exact dates rather than show you a number that has moved.
Can I book this home online?
No, and that is deliberate. Emerald Kite books by phone so that a specialist who knows Anna Maria Island & Holmes Beach can confirm what is genuinely available on your dates and check the home suits your group before anything is committed.
Who looks after the property during our stay?
An established local management company. It is responsible for cleaning, maintenance and guest support while you are there, and your Emerald Kite agent stays reachable for the duration of the stay.
Can we bring a dog?
This home accepts dogs. Confirm the type and size limits, and any pet deposit, with your agent at the start of the selection process rather than after booking.
When can we check in?
Check-in and checkout times vary by property. Your Villa Specialist will confirm both times, along with the arrival instructions, for this home before your stay.
