About this home
Presenting this lovely (and we mean lovely) Anna Maria Rental home, ground level with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and situated only a short 2-3 minute walk to the beach. Like a jewel in the crown this home is set within rich, lush tropical landscaping. The addition of a private heated pool and patio area ensures that while the indoors is beautiful its the outdoor area that is the heart of the home. This vacation rental is on the south side of the duplex. There are granite counters, travertine tile floors, tile backsplash in the kitchen, bathroom fixtures, and stainless steel appliances.
The master bedroom is beautifully appointed with a plush, comfortable king-size bed and a day bed that pulls out to a full-size bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. All rooms have their own flat-screen TV.
This vacation home is located just a short walk down to the shopping plaza that is home to an array of fine dining restaurants, and shopping.
This property participates in a Professional Linen Program providing high-quality linens that are in place and ready for your use upon your arrival. These high-quality linens are washed in a commercial setting using the latest and best technology.
