Coastal living in a tropical setting! Gorgeous ground level 3 bedroom/3 bath home with designer touches at every glance. This light and airy, open-concept floor plan is generously appointed with flat screen TVs in all rooms and tile floors throughout every one of its almost 2000 square feet. You will be pleased to cook in this fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops while your family will have the luxury of choosing to dine inside or poolside! Relax or read a book in the den which is outfitted with a queen sleeper sofa. Done with the pool for a while? Rinse off in the Hot and Cold outdoor shower and change clothes in the cabana room which is easily accessed from the pool deck also doubling as the separate laundry room. There are two Queens in the over-sized master with a TV and ensuite bath. There is another Queen in the second master also with a TV and ensuite bath, and Twins in the third bedroom with a TV.
