Step inside to a spacious open floor plan, where the living room features a full wall of sliding doors that open to a balcony terrace overlooking the bay. From here, you can take in views of the Sunshine Skyway Bridge’s dazzling nightly light show and the distant silhouette of Egmont Key’s historic lighthouse. Start your mornings with coffee as the sun rises over the bay, and watch dolphins and seabirds glide through the sparkling waters.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooktop, oven, and a new refrigerator, along with generous counter space and a dining table for six. A shared full bath with a shower/tub combo is conveniently located down the hall. A washer and dryer in the hallway closet add to the home’s convenience.

Outside, your private bay beach provides a serene escape. Relax in the shaded lounge area or step into the calm bay waters just steps away. An outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after a swim. The driveway accommodates up to three vehicles for added convenience.
