Escape to a charming island retreat with a private 14x28 ft saltwater pool surrounded by lush tropical gardens—an ideal backdrop for relaxation. This beautifully designed three-bedroom, two-bathroom bungalow offers the perfect balance of comfort and convenience, just a short walk from pristine Gulf Coast beaches, stylish boutiques, and top-rated dining. The inviting living room features calming decor, plush seating, and a smart TV for all your streaming needs. The bright, fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and essential cookware, making meal prep easy. A cozy breakfast nook seats four, while the adjacent dining table for six offers peaceful views of the backyard and shimmering pool framed by swaying palm trees. A split floor plan ensures privacy and comfort for every guest. The primary bedroom features a luxurious king bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the opposite side of the home, the two guest rooms—one with a king bed and the other with two twin beds—share a second bathroom with a shower and tub combo. A new washer and dryer are conveniently located in the garage, and extra beach towels are available in the linen closet. The backyard is a private oasis, perfect for relaxation and fun. Lounge chairs, an umbrella-shaded table, and a pergola-covered dining area create a welcoming outdoor space. A Weber gas grill is ready for barbecues, and a cornhole game adds to the fun.
