This home has a large luxurious tropical yard with a new private pool complete with tanning shelf and a bubbling hot tub!! Both water features have the option of digital light shows for evening fun! A press of a button allows you to easily choose from five water colors and twelve light shows. A covered patio adjoins the pool deck with a paved path leading to the flowering garden oasis. A pool-slide cabana game room offers a Kettler professional ping pong table and darts as well as a drink fridge and changing area.
It has a vaulted great room ranch home with island décor. A generous size covered porch graces the front elevation. Capture the sea breezes each evening from the porch swing or dine in the open salt air. This freshly renovated home offers open kitchen, private laundry room, and two bedrooms with comfortable pillow-top mattresses. The sofa holds a queen size pull out bed. Each room has an HD flat screen TV. A sun deck overlooking the pool steps from the master suite. Internet , Wi-Fi and long distance are provided.
Exceptional location! The bay beaches are a one minute stroll while the Gulf beaches are a quick four minute walk. Historic Pine Avenue with galleries, shops, and dining is just one street away! Two of the Island's favorite restaurants flank Spring Avenue. The Sandbar on the west allows you to dine with your feet in the white gulf beach sand and see spectacular sunsets over peaceful sugar dunes. The Waterfront Restaurant on the east end of Spring Avenue overlooks the bay with a view of the Sunshine Bridge. Sunrises are awesome from the neighboring City Pier.
The Galati Marina with its beautiful new restaurant planned for the end of 2013, is just blocks away. Also, the historic Rod and Reel Pier is close and a great place to eat, fish, and watch the tarpon and dolphins spring from the aqua waters.
No need for a car with so much to explore in walking and biking distance. Rent an electric cart, a peddle surrey or nearby bikes. Catch the free trolley at the City Pier and explore the entire seven mile island. Your boat or kayaks store in gated area on the side of this beach house. The driveway parks three cars.
