Located in the heart of Anna Maria Island, this home is a cozy elevated home that is a convenient short walk from the gorgeous white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Offering a tropical private heated pool adorned with a pool side covered lanai that offers an outdoor TV and plenty of seating to enjoy those balmy island nights.
This 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom home features a large screened in balcony that overlooks the pool and backyard area. Enjoy your morning coffee or a shared meal with your family as you enjoy the beautiful sights and sounds of the island-just another reason to fall in love here.
A spacious 2.5 car garage leaves plenty of room for you to let your car rest for the week-the ideal location puts you in the center of it all and the conveniently located Trolley Stop is just a short walk away. So you don't even have to turn your car on! This fantastic Island service is free of charge and runs from the North end of the Island to the South from early mornings until the late evenings. Rent a golf cart or bikes for the duration of your stay or even explore by foot-our pedestrian friendly island is the ideal getaway!
