If you are looking for the perfect luxurious beach house to enjoy with your large group or family while staying steps from the pristine white sand beaches and centrally located on Anna Maria Island then you have found the right place!
This 5 bedroom 4 1/2 bath spacious home is located just 3 homes down to the beach access with gulf views from your own private balcony! This home has plenty of tropical beautiful outdoor space with a heated pool, spa & swim-up tiki table with an outdoor wet bar, beverage cooler, TV, grill, and shower. The outdoor living area is just as special as the indoors which is perfect for making the most of your island vacation. There are several outdoor couches for enjoying the Florida salty air and dining areas to grill up the catch of the day and enjoy a meal.
When walking up the steps to the front door you will find an open-air outdoor dining area perfect for enjoying a meal or sunset gulf views. Upon walking in the front door you will find a lovely open-concept living, kitchen, dining area with 3 couches, and plenty of seats for everyone to relax after a long day at the beach. The unique countertops and the chef-inspired kitchen are fully equipped to whip up a meal at home if you don’t feel like eating out. There are 4 seats at the island/breakfast bar while there are 8 seats at the solid wood dining table. On the main level of the living room, there is a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and a full en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a half bath.
Upstairs you will find 4 more bedrooms. Two bedrooms with queen-sized beds and full en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. The other two bedrooms have 2 twin beds and a twin over twin bunk bed which share the hallway full bath with tub/shower combination. There is also a washer and dryer.
There is a two-car garage with parking for 3-4 cars and an X-Box and ping pong table for having some fun!
