Completely restored 1915 direct beachfront cottage. Stunning ground level, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with exceptional views. White porcelain floors throughout, Chef kitchen with Viking, Bertazzoni, and Fisher Paykel appliances. High speed internet, ice maker, dishwasher and washer and dryer. High definition TV in living room with surround sound. Sonos speakers throughout the house and the lanai. All windows have mirrored tint. Double vanity bathroom with waterfall shower and floating mirrors in front of the window.
