This stunning canal-front luxury vacation rental home features 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and is located on the exclusive northern end of Anna Maria Island, is just 2 blocks to the beach.
Recently updated, this modern beach house has everything you’ll want for your island getaway! There is an expansive private pool and spa in the backyard paradise, your family will want to spend most of the time here. An outdoor Ping Pong table, gas BBQ grill, and comfy furniture complete the sun deck area. A Foosball table is just inside the sliding glass doors, too. But wait, there’s more! A newly installed putting green is right on the water, so you can enjoy sitting on the private dock with your morning coffee while the kids putter around. This home even offers bicycles for guest use while staying.
Inside the home, you will find a spacious Master suite with a large ensuite bathroom complete with a soaking tub on the main living level. The Den is also on this level, perfect for relaxing or the kids having a "sleepover" with a twin daybed and pull-out trundle and flatscreen TV. The inviting formal dining room, kitchen and family/living room are also located on this level, along with a convenient half bathroom. Multiple decks allow for fresh air and sunshine to be enjoyed while dining or relaxing!
The remaining 4 bedrooms are located upstairs including two additional Master suites with ensuite bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements include 4 King beds and 3 Twins, to comfortably accommodate up to 13 guests in beds.
