This renovated three-bedroom vacation duplex comes with a private, heated pool and close proximity to the beach.The open airy floor plan, and a fully equipped and modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all you will need for dining and entertaining during your stay. Dining inside or outside Al Fresco style makes this a great rental home away from home.
The sparkling private pool is where the patio is furnished with lounge chairs and couches. Indulge in the Florida lifestyle, soak up the sun on the beach or refresh in the pool. The King master bedroom comes with a ensuite master bathroom
There is also the adjoining two bedroom rental with two bathrooms and when booked together will accommodate up to 10 in total.

There are 3 bedrooms in total with a King master suite with the ensuite bathroom. There is are two queen guest bedrooms that share the hall bathroom.
Enjoy the rectangular shaped, heated pool in a tropical setting. There are plenty of chairs and sun loungers to make it a perfect day in the sun!
Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool heaters will not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold. While we take every precaution to ensure that pools are heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Nothing can be done about this issue. Outdoor spas are not hot tubs.
