Located only a short walk to the powdery white sandy beach of the Gulf of Mexico and ½ a mile from historic Pine Avenue on Anna Maria Island.
Not in the mood for the beach? No Problem! Simply relax by the sparkling, very private, heated pool surrounded by private fencing and lush tropical palms. Or you can take the trolley to Bean Point, or historic Bridge St. Go paddle boarding or kayaking in the crystal clear blue waters in the Gulf Of Mexico.
This home offers two bedrooms, one king bed with an attached en-suite bathroom and walk in shower. The second bedroom with a queen sized bed. A second bathroom off the main living area with a tub/shower combination - perfect for sandy kids after a long day at the beach. The open and generous living area features ample seating for winding down in front of the HDTV with DVR and DVD. Need room to sleep six? Our sofa is a fully convertible queen sized sleeper.
Other great amenities include a beach wagon to make that short walk to the beach even better, chairs, and beach towels, and a BBQ to grill that fresh catch of the day!
