This stunning vacation home away from home offers four bedrooms, three full bathrooms and an additional powder room. An open floor plan that blends the kitchen, family room and dining area makes this Anna Maria Island vacation rental an ideal place for entertaining. and family gatherings. In addition to all the space the home has an office den space and a separate living room for ultimate relaxation and privacy during your stay.
In the Chef kitchen you’ll find high end stainless steel appliances, dishwasher and breakfast bar and is fully equipped with all you'll need for entertaining and cooking. The dining room area seats six guests with and has a wet bar with the kitchen offers extra seating. There is a fun billiards table located in the main family living space next to the family room where you’ll find upscale furnishings and decor as well as and flat screen television.
The heart of the home is the spectacular waterfront backyard pool patio area with a heated pool and spa, barbecue grill, outdoor dining area, outdoor bar with television and a 40 foot boat dock! It just doesn't get better than this.for out door Florida living! The boat dock has both power and water for added convenience and guests are requested to inform your Emerald Kite agent at the time of booking if you are planning to bring a boat to the residence.
After a long day at the beach the well appointed and extremely comfortable bedrooms will delight all members of the party - Offering two king beds and two queen beds. There are two master bedrooms on opposite ends of the house; both with master bathrooms, television and DIRECT pool patio access. The master bathrooms both have walk in showers with high end finishes. The guest bedrooms offer the queen beds and flat screen televisions and there is a half bathroom just outside of the two guest rooms and a third full bathroom with a tub shower combo. The queen sleeper sofa allows this home to sleep ten guests total.
