About this home
This is a fantastic 4 bedroom and three bath single family pool home West of Gulf Drive located in Anna Maria City. What does West of Gulf Drive Mean? It's the absolute best location as no main road needs crossing to the get to the beach!!!!! Less than a 2 minute walk away from the white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island and the Gulf of Mexico. This villa is simply the best. This is an elevated home that showcases a private heated pool with spa and multiple covered areas pool side ideal for enjoying the fresh Gulf of Mexico sea air.
The main living area offers an open floor area with front and rear second floor decks. The great room area is open to the fully stocked gourmet kitchen, living area and dining area. Just off the master bedroom on the top floor is stacked washer and dryer. Three of the four bedrooms are located upstairs on the third floor including the Master suite. The fourth bedroom is on the main living level with a full bath room off the kitchen for guest convenience. This private West of Gulf Drive home comfortably accommodates a group of 8 with a King sized bed in the Master a queen bedroom in the second bedroom, another king in the main level bedroom and a full over queen bunkbed in the fourth bedroom perfect for kids or adults!
The spacious outdoor area features tropical landscaping and a private heated salt water pool with a spa. The covered lanai provides the ideal amount of shade.
