There is a wrap-around balcony, access to a shared pool, and guests will be just a flip flop walk to the beach! An ideal home-away-from-home for a small family or group of friends! The kitchen is spacious featuring beautiful granite countertops, a full suite of stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar with room for two. The dining area is filled with natural light from two sets of sliding glass doors in the room. The dining table is large and has seating, via chairs and a bench, for six. The living room is small but cozy and offers a couch, armchair, lounge chair, and flat-screen TV. The balcony that extends off this floor wraps around the front and side of the unit. There is tons of outdoor seating, an outdoor couch and lounge chairs, and a full-sized outdoor dining set.
