About this home
This Anna Maria vacation home is at Holmes Beach and is a luxury ground level home. Just a short walk to the beach. 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and can sleep 14 guests. The property is handicapped accessible with wide doors and barrier free showers. This STUNNING vacation rental has a spacious bright and open floor plan with spacious living and dining areas with high-end furnishings. A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to make a family meal. Also a full size washer/dryer has been added to the unit.
Ample parking for at least six cars or a trailer with your jet ski or boat. Public boat ramps are available just a short distance from the house.
Outdoor shower is a welcome possibility to cool off. Take a dip into the large heated pool with waterfall and hot tub. Lush gardens. Chess game with the oversize outdoor set. Plenty of outdoor seating for everyone. Fully equipped
outdoor barbecue kitchen with conventional and teppan grills, a built-in refrigerator and dining area offers plenty of space for a family get together. The outdoor sound system with an iPod and iPhone option will allow you to sunbathe on one of the many chaise lounge chairs while listening to your own playlist. An outdoor TV allows you to watch your favorite TV show or sports event while relaxing in the hot tub or pool.
If you require Pool/Hot tub heat there is an additional charge may apply.
Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool heaters will not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold. While we take every precaution to ensure that pools are heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Nothing can be done about this issue. Outdoor spas are not hot tubs. The temperature of a spa is typically set at the same temperature as the pool. In the event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, the property management office will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close swimming pools for maintenance purposes. No refund or rent adjustment will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions or loss of use of equipment or amenities.
