This handsome home is designed and furnished with cool coastal décor and your comfort ensured.
Boasting Travertine marble floors, collectable artwork, custom fixtures, and cabinets, and a gourmet kitchen that has all you’ll need for dining and entertaining during your stay. The living room is tastefully decorated with a spiral staircase directly down to the pool. The main floor also has 2 bedrooms with its own En-suite bathrooms and a half bathroom.
The second floor leads to your Master suite with its own balcony, master bath, and 3 other bedrooms, all with their own en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms offer Roku Smart TVs and plush mattresses with soft linen to sink into for a refreshed next day. With multiple balconies, decks, and covered porches you will never run out of areas to escape to the warm Florida sun.
The outdoor area is your own private oasis and welcomes you with a lush landscape that surrounds the heated pool. Brick paved covered patio is perfectly designed with a new comfy sectional seating area for 10, loungers, a smart/Cable TV, grill, dining area, and a poolside stylish tile-topped bar dining set with wicker Swivel highchairs and a spacious storage compartment for relaxing with friends and family. The pool has a spa, resort-style cocktail table and seating, and a splash Shelf for the little ones!
