Welcome to this stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom pool home, offering 1,438 square feet of elevated living space for the perfect Island vacation. Accommodating up to six guests comfortably, this home features quality quilts and linens, TVs in all bedrooms, and multiple fantastic outdoor areas. A staircase from the screened-in porch leads to a tropical oasis featuring a 16 ft x 12 ft pool with spa, surrounded by palm trees. Relax in the shallow area or enjoy the spa. The pool area includes plenty of seating, sun loungers, a bar, and a full-sized gas grill for outdoor dining. Rinse off after the beach in the outdoor shower and unwind with a cocktail by the pool. Access the pool through the bonus room on the ground level, equipped with games and a TV. Pool heaters are locked for safety and monitored by the pool company. The maximum heat setting is 86°F, but this may not always be reached due to weather conditions. Pool heaters will not function in extremely cold weather. Outdoor spas are not hot tubs and are typically set to the same temperature as the pool. Duncan Real Estate will address any pool equipment malfunctions promptly, but no refunds will be issued for issues beyond our control. The property includes two covered parking spaces in the garage and two additional spaces in the driveway. This property allows any day arrival from mid-August to January, except during holiday weeks. Other months require manager approval.
