About this home
I love this ground-level, three bedrooms Anna Maria Island vacation home situated only 1.5 blocks to the Bay and a flip-flop walk to the beach. Enjoy a heated pool and boat dock, this charming cottage is perfect for a relaxing vacation. Located on the much sought-after North end of the Island this lovely accommodation will accommodate up to six guests.
Inside the house, you will find two living rooms decorated with tastefully selected furniture offering ample seating for you and your family. The house offers three bedrooms, two with comfortable king-sized mattresses and the third with two twin-sized beds. There is also a custom-made compact chef's kitchen, complete with high-end kitchen equipment and utensils. Other amenities include high-speed internet, a telephone landline, and three TVs. Access 200+ cable channels or Roku TV streaming in the living room and master bedroom. Roku TV streaming is also available in the second king bedroom. A private washing machine and a dryer complete the household equipment.
You'll find plenty of outdoor parking space for up to three vehicles. The house is within walking distance to Pine Avenue which offers an assortment of shops, boutiques, restaurants, and friendly boat or bicycle rentals.
You can easily tour around the Island on foot, by bicycle, or use the free Island trolley which runs daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
