Luxury Villa with private solar heated pool situated on Golf and Country Club in Bradenton, Florida. Looking for a tropical getaway? Then look no further. This beautifully furnished property offers all the comforts of home in a peaceful and tranquil setting. The property offers a bright and airy feel, the master bedroom, great room, and breakfast area all enjoy views of the extended lanai, solar heated pool, and private pond. This vacation home features a large pool that is all screened and enough seating outside for 8 people to enjoy an afternoon meal or a small get-together with friends.
The kitchen located right off the living room lets you easily entertain guests or keep an eye out for children playing in the living room. The kitchen also has a bar counter perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. The living room features a beautiful white sectional that seats up to 4 people comfortably and also 2 chairs, perfect for family vacations. The dining room is very spacious with seating up to 6 people, a very relaxing room to enjoy evening dinners at.
The master bedroom features beautiful wood furnishings and a gorgeous bathroom. The bathroom includes a tub, walk-in shower, and double sinks allowing enough space for two people to share. The Golf and Country Club is a private facility. For a one-time fee, you can assume members’ privileges and have full use of the Golf Club, Club House, Olympic Swimming Pool, Gym, Hot Tub Sauna, and Flood-lit Tennis Courts. The Club House is a very short walk from the property.
