About this home
This is a beautiful home across the street from the sugary white sands of Anna Maria Island Beach! This home was just updated inside and offers incredible views from all of the Private Balconies, a large heated private pool, lushly landscaped grounds, and five generously sized bedrooms to enhance guest comfort and offer plenty of space for relaxing moments or celebratory events.
The main living area features an expansive open floor plan with a fully stocked kitchen opening up to the dining area and family room. The desirable set up of this home offers not only ample space for an entertaining but extra large bedroom with separate bathrooms which make traveling with a group enjoyable!
The kitchen has plenty of room for several cooks and is fully stocked with small appliances and everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. The dining table seats 6-8 guests while the large center island can accommodate an additional 4 guests. Additional dining can be found on the pool patio where an outdoor dining table can accommodate up to 6 guests.
The lushly landscaped backyard offers a peaceful area to relax by the pool. Amenities include an outdoor shower, lounge chairs, dining table & a gas grill for outdoor cookouts. There is a small shallow area perfect for those little swimmers who want to splash around and play or simply lounge in the pool and sunbathe on a hot day. Sleeps up to 12 people.
