Presenting this magnificent 3 bedroom, 3 bath Mediterranean inspired beachside vacation villa. Perfectly situated in the heart of the Anna Maria Islands most sought after Holmes Beach area.
The laundry room is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need for cooking and entertaining during your stay. Enjoy the private heated pool and outside patio with a grill. There are 3 covered porches on different levels including a rooftop porch with a swing- a perfect spot for your morning coffee, evening cocktails, and gorgeous views of the island.
The beach down the path has lots of activities for all ages including volleyball, or dine at the beach. You will love the short walk to the beach, island grocery store, CVS, shops, restaurants, and the island free trolley.
This home includes a professional linen service. When you stay with us you can rest assured that you will have high-quality linens such as those at a fine hotel. We also provide plenty of luxury bath and beach towels.
