This home is located just a few steps from the calm, quiet, white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island. The home's backyard is a perfect place to relax or socialize. The home has everything you need for a family vacation at the beach including a fully stocked kitchen, all requirements for the beach, and a large supply of movies, board games and video games.
The quiet street and accessible location is only a three-minute drive to the lively Pine Avenue shops and restaurants. The home is also conveniently located close to the free Island Trolley service which runs the length of Anna Maria Island. This home and location offer a unique and tranquil place to enjoy your precious vacation time. The newly built and decorated space offers a heated pool and covered outdoor seating area perfect for entertaining in the evening or relaxing in the privacy of a fully fenced in backyard on a sunny Florida day. The house offers several open areas for family and friends to enjoy.
