This recently built custom vacation home is just a short 1 minute walk to our wonderful beach and of course the outdoor pool and patio area is perfect for enjoying our year round sunshine. The game room that has a Fooseball table, TV, ideal for apres beach fun. Conveniently located with the Anna Maria island free trolley just down the street to take you to North where you’ll find the quaint local shops and boutiques of Pine Avenue or head South, to stroll along Historic Bridge Street in Bradenton Beach. Room Details -Primary Bedroom: King bed, ensuite bathroom with double vanity + walk-in shower, balcony access -Second Bedroom: King bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower -Third Bedroom: King bed, balcony, hall bathroom with shower/tub combo 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. Please Note: This unit has an elevator. In the event of malfunction all guests must be able to traverse stairs. No refunds are given due to the elevator not being operable.
