The ground level property makes for easy access for the entire family. A full renovation includes new bathrooms, kitchen, floors, and paint. The property has all updated kitchen appliances and an onsite washer and dryer. The open living and dining area creates the perfect space to relax in the evenings for a family meal or to watch a movie or the big game! The property has 3 bedrooms: Queen bedroom, Queen bedroom, and 2 twins’ bedroom. In addition, both sofas have a pull-out bed with upgraded mattresses, one queen and one full-sized. Very short walk to the beach. Free Trolley stops right across the street going north, and one block over going south. PARKING: 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
