Welcome to your private oasis in west Bradenton. This Spacious 2,800 square foot home is located in the popular Palma Sola Pines area, less than 5 miles away from Anna Maria Island and a 2-minute drive from the Palma Sola Causeway! Local Restaurants as well as Grocery stores are just around the corner.
The home features a split plan with 5 bedrooms you are bound to have plenty of space to relax and enjoy your own privacy while vacationing in paradise.
Walking into the home you are greeted with a large family room equipped with a flat screen TV and foosball table to enjoy those family game nights. With plenty of natural light shining through the sliders this would also be a great spot to enjoy surfing the web or relaxing with a book. Heading to the kitchen area, you will be pleasantly surprised to see a large cooking space with updated appliances and fully stocked cabinets with everything you could need while on vacation.
From the kitchen a great open floor plan of the living room and dining room are noticeable making it perfect for entertaining while cooking a homemade meal or simply keeping an eye out for kids. The large dining table has plenty of seating for 8 plus additional seating at the kitchen counter bar. Walking into the living room a beautiful fireplace is featured as well as a large sectional and sliding glass door leading out to the pool area.
