This is a charming two-bedroom, one-and-a-half bath single-family vacation. home nestled in south Bradenton's neighborhood. It's the perfect spot for vacationers who want to spend lots of time exploring by boat, or for those who want easy, convenient access to everything the Sarasota/Bradenton area has to offer, from world-famous beaches on four nearby barrier islands to a wide selection of performing and visual arts and everything in between. You can easily do it ALL from here!
From the screened patio, make your way out to the backyard, where you can catch some rays and enjoy the sights and sounds of boats and birds on the canal. Sunrises are a treat from this vantage point! This is also a great place for the anglers in the family to set up shop. Catch dinner from the dock, and then prep it at the fish cleaning station!
Although the boat lift is not available for guest use, the rest of the sizeable dock is the perfect spot to tie up your boat, so you'll be ready to spend your days on the water. If you bring your own boat, you can launch it nearby and keep the trailer in the driveway.
