Beyond the backyard, discover direct access to Tampa Bay via the canal, perfect for exploring Egmont Key's historic sites, trails, and pristine beaches. Being located near Pine Avenue ensures easy access to shops, restaurants, and the Free Anna Maria Trolley, offering endless opportunities for island exploration. DOCK: Boat lift is not available for guest use. Dock cannot accommodate a boat longer than 15ft. PARKING: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
