About this home
This luxury Antigua villa, which has been decorated in an ultra-modern style with clean lines, and luxury fixtures, fittings, and furnishings. It is located on the waterfront at Jolly Beach, in one of the island's most popular holiday resorts.
There is an open plan living, dining, and kitchen area with plenty of light coming in from the large louvered doors which lead to the deck. The generous exterior kitchen which includes a deluxe BBQ, has a covered alfresco dining area, leading into a covered lounge area, and a private swimming pool, with plenty of sun loungers.
A top of the range Japanese bath has been installed in the master bathroom which is perfect for anyone looking to luxuriate and relax. But please note that strictly no bath products are allowed in this tub, it only requires water, and any use of bath products will incur a fine to cover repairs.
This villa opens onto the pristine sandy white shores, creating a luxurious sense of both privacy and space. One of Antigua & Barbuda’s most prized beaches, it is also one of the longest and widest beaches on the island.
The complex is the perfect Caribbean holiday destination. It is a thriving resort village with a wide range of facilities within the gated community situated on Antigua’s famed west coast. Along with a variety of bars and restaurants, you will find an international supermarket, pharmacy, bank, souvenir shops, gym, and sports center, an Olympic sized swimming pool, tennis and squash courts, and Golf Club which has an 18-hole championship course.
