This lovely ground floor, walk-out residence is fitted with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a spacious living room with a gas fireplace, and smart TVs. Guests also have access to two spacious patios with gas grill and underground parking for one car. The bedroom configuration for the property is as follows: Master bedroom with King bed, adjacent bathroom Guest bedroom with a Split King (or two twin beds), en-suite Jack and Jill Bathroom. With its close proximity to Arrowhead Lift less than a 5-minute walk on heated walkways in the heart of Arrowhead Village, guests can enjoy the communal pool and hot tub facilities, available in both the summer and winter seasons. During the winter, guests are able to ski to both Bachelor Gulch and Beaver Creek villages as part of the Village-to-Village ski experience. Additionally, you are provided with complimentary access to the Dial-a-Ride shuttle, which services each village in Beaver Creek Resort. This residence includes an alternate-day housekeeping service for stays of 4 nights or longer. Beds are made, trash is removed, bathrooms are cleaned, towels refreshed, the kitchen is attended to and all surfaces & faucets are left sparkling. Please note housekeeping services are not scheduled on major holidays. Our guests receive attentive, personalized service from time of booking until after your departure. You will be allocated a dedicated Personal Concierge to assist with planning each aspect of your getaway.
