About this home
This is a deluxe-rated two bedroom, two bath condominium ground floor unit with a beautifully decorated living room graced with more than comfortable, attractive furniture and views facing the courtyard. The unit offers a full kitchen with a breakfast bar, a wood-burning fireplace, TVs in both bedrooms and the living room, a Bose sound system, iPod and smart phone docks, wireless internet, a washer and dryer, and off-street parking. Both well appointed bedrooms have down-filled pillow-top mattresses. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen, and there is a nice twin sleeper sofa in the living room. This beautiful condominium accommodates up to four people; if you have more in your party, please consider another of our properties.
Situated within a perfect location in the downtown area just 100 yards from the Aspen Mountain gondola, and Aspen’s world class shopping, dining, and skiing are all right outside the door. The building’s common courtyard has a wonderful private community hot tub!
