Welcome to the stunning and secluded Estate on Little Bay, Eleuthera. Nestled along the prime Caribbean oceanfront, this estate offers access to a tranquil and private beach with calm turquoise waters. The estate comprises two distinct houses: the three-bedroom Villa and the two-bedroom Cottage. The Villa features its living areas and master suite upstairs, with two bedrooms and one bathroom downstairs. The great room boasts breathtaking ocean views through floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, complemented by a 14-foot-high vaulted cypress ceiling. Furnished with an Italian leather sectional sofa and LED TV, the living area opens to a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and black granite countertops, also overlooking the sweeping ocean vistas. Upstairs, the master bedroom showcases the same vaulted ceiling and ocean views, leading to a 900 square-foot wrap-around sundeck finished with Brazilian Ipe. The lower level of the Villa houses two bedrooms (one with a king bed and one with twin beds) that share a luxurious full bath featuring a private water closet and walk-in shower with ocean views. This level also boasts a wrap-around ocean-front deck finished in Ipe. The Villa's upstairs living room sectional sofa can accommodate two additional guests, extending the sleeping capacity to 8 guests. Additionally, there is a single-size inflatable mattress available in the house. Adjacent to the Villa, the Cottage was completed in December 2023. Every room in the Cottage offers ocean views, with spacious outdoor decks on both levels overlooking the sea. The second-floor master bedroom suite features spectacular ocean views, a private deck, and an en-suite bath with double sinks and a walk-in shower. The Cottage includes two bedrooms (one with a king bed and one with a queen bed), two full baths, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, accommodating up to 6 guests. Both properties are equipped with a full island kitchen, double oven and stove, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, air fryer, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle.
