A gentle, step-free path leads from the estate to the beach palapa, where an outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse away the sand after a swim. From the palapa, just a few yards farther along the path, you arrive directly on the spectacular private beachfront.

The estate is composed of a spacious three-bedroom beachfront main house, a one-bedroom beachfront guest cottage, and a separate bedroom suite beside the garage, making it particularly well suited to families, extended families, and groups traveling together while still wanting plenty of privacy.

Outside, the private pool deck becomes an extension of the living space. The ocean-view infinity pool overlooks Poponi Beach and offers an idyllic place to cool off while gazing toward the sea. Pool heating is available for an additional charge.

Next to the pool is an inviting gazebo furnished for both lounging and outdoor dining. It includes a sink, half bath, gas grill, and dining space for up to eight—perfect for long lunches, sunset cocktails, and relaxed dinners beneath the Caribbean sky.

Bedroom 5 – Detached Suite: XL twin bunk bed, ideal for teens or staff, with an en-suite full bathroom and walk-in shower.
